We provide the following:

  • Timelines.

    We will provide you with checklists and timelines for when your vendor(s) can drop-off/ pick-up their supplies. This ensures our staff members will be on-site to receive the deliveries and safely store them for a temporary amount of time.

  • Checklists.

    A simplified checklist will be provided to you so there is no guess-work needed to have a seamless event at The Studio. This also ensures our staff and your plans are all aligned- we love being on the same page!

  • Agenda.

    While you have flexibility to implement presentations, speeches or meetings, we have formulated the best agenda to maximize your experience. A tried and true agenda will be provided to you so every feature of your event will be executed without a hitch.
