Types of Catering/ Food Vendors

  • Restaurant Catering

    Catering provided by restaurants to the venue for an added fee per guest. The food is prepared and cooked at the restaurant, usually based on the in-house menu. The food is then delivered to The Studio Paint Bar within a set time to serve to your guests*.

    * if you prefer your food to be served to your guests, another team member will need to be scheduled for your event. Please speak to the event coordinator for adding another team member to your event for a full-service experience.

  • Catering Services

    Full service businesses that work with hosts to design bespoke menus for events. Caterers and their staff will arrive at your venue to prepare, cook, serve and clean up throughout your event. A meeting will need to be held with your event manager to ensure The Studio Paint Bar is fully prepared for catering services and their staff (covid restrictions, staffing numbers ect;).

    This service is an added cost and we work with our preferred vendors to bring you this experience.

  • Host food

    Sometimes the host of the event will want to bring cooking from home, veggies/ fruit or chips/ cookies to snack on.

    Please speak to your event coordinator about timing, logistics and fee.

  • Timeline:

    Fill out and send the Vendor Information (see the form at the bottom of this page) to your Event Manager at least 3 business days before the event date.

    Food can be brought to The Studio Paint Bar up to 30 minutes before the event start time. If you require food to be delivered or dropped off earlier, please view our guide for Deliveries/ Couriers. A storage fee will apply as our facilities are not equipped to always have extra storage or fridge space on hand. We also must consider there might be another event booked before and/or after yours who are also bringing food/ supplies.

  • Checklist:

    ▢ Ensure a table has been secured with your Event Manager to display the food. In the event a table is not available, you may need to rent an additional table on your own.

    ▢ The Studio is not a restaurant so cutlery, plates and napkins must be provided by your food vendor. If you require your rental company to deliver supplies, please see our guide for Deliveries/ Couriers.

    ▢ Full Vendor Information (form at the bottom of this page) must be submitted to your Event Manager at least 3 business days before the event date. If the vendor information is not submitted, we may not be able to allow the vendor into The Studio Paint Bar or accept the delivery.

  • Agenda

    Event start time: 2:00PM

    1:30PM - Vendor brings food/ supplies and sets up at The Studio Paint Bar

    2:00PM - Event begins

    5:00PM - Event ends

    5:30PM - Cut off time for vendor picks up leftover food/ supplies and cleans up their set-up area.
